The CAC identifies artists who are of high caliber and fit with the character of our community.

Cardiff-by-the-Sea Town Council
The Cardiff-by-the-Sea Town Council advocates on the behalf of Cardiff residents and strives to keep them informed, interested, and engaged in community matters. Formed in 1977, the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Town Council (CTC) included many of the founding leaders of Encinitas and worked closely with the Cardiff Chamber of Commerce. During the Chamber’s transition to Cardiff 101 Main Street, the idea of CTC becoming the residential element of Cardiff 101 was first discussed. In July 2021, the board of directors of the CTC and Cardiff 101 met and agreed to transition CTC to be a committee of Cardiff 101. This organizational merging provides a stronger advocate for both the residents and businesses of Cardiff.
