The Cardiff-by-the-Sea Foundation is a non-profit 501C3 created to enhance the Cardiff-by-the-Sea community both culturally and environmentally. The Foundation is made up of a all volunteer board of directors who are passionate about Cardiff-by-the-Sea and dedicated to preserving our vibrant coastal community. Cardiff 101 is Cardiff-by-the-Sea's "go to" organization that supports our residents and locally owned and focused businesses. Cardiff 101 advocates for infrastructure improvements and coordinates with the City of Encinitas' staff through our Design Committee. The Committee focuses on preserving the "heart" and character of the Cardiff-by-the-Sea community. We are Cardiff's information center on community for events, local development and City projects. Cardiff 101 hosts events that brings the community together, celebrates Cardiff's unique community character and promotes Cardiff's local businesses.
