Cardiff 101 is Cardiff-by-the-Sea's "go to" organization that supports our residents and locally owned and focused businesses. Our Design Committee advocates for infrastructure improvements and coordinates with City staff to insure projects fit with community character and support improved safety and mobility.  Through our Economic Development Committee we bring our unique expertise and insight as we interact with businesses and community members daily and share this insight with City of Encinitas staff to craft policy to support economic vitality and improve the quality of life for the residents. Through our Promotions Committee we present events that bring the community together, celebrate our unique community character and promote our local businesses.  Cardiff 101 focuses on preserving the "heart" and character of the Cardiff-by-the-Sea community.
