Space Availability & Confirmation: Once accepted approved applications must be paid in full by November 22, 2024 or spaces will be forfeited. Payment by check payable to the Cardiff 101 Main Street, P.O. Box 552, Cardiff, CA 92007 or by credit card via web link sent by Cardiff 101. Space assignments will be made as applications are received. Exhibitor Space: The vendor space is 10x10. You will need to bring your own table, chairs, tent/shade/canopy. You are required to handcart booth supplies to your assigned space. Event Set-Up will be December 8 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am. All booth spaces must be set up by 10:50 am on December 8. Your space must be clean and vacated in a timely manner at the end of the event. Refunds: It is understood there will be no refunds in the case of inclement weather, acts of nature, forfeiture, or restrictions by government agencies to cancel the event, of which Cardiff 101 Main Street has no control. Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, and no refunds will be issued within 15 days of the event. Tax Information: All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. Restrictions: No stolen merchandise, alcoholic beverages, firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia are allowed at or near the event area. No offensive materials, photos, pictures, or merchandise is permitted. Zero Waste Goals: We ask that you do not provide bottled water or plastic straws to help us reach our zero waste goals and comply with the City’s zero waste policies.

Photo and Video Release *

When you participate or attend Cardiff 101 Main Street events, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Cardiff 101 Main Street and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Cardiff 101 Main Street events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Cardiff 101. You release Cardiff 101, its employees, volunteers, members, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Cardiff 101 Main Street or the person or entity designated to do so by Cardiff 101 Main Street. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event(s).
