On behalf of myself and any minor volunteers under my supervision, I agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless the Cardiff 101 Main Street Association, Pupologie, and the City of Encinitas and its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, costs of liabilities, expenses or judgments, including attorney's fees and court costs arising out of my participation in this event and any illness or injury resulting there from except injury deliberately or willfully caused.
