Rules & Regulations *

Space Availability & Confirmation: Sponsors are offered one or two booth spaces depending on sponsor level. Space assignments will be made as sponsorships are received. Exhibitor Space: The booth space is 10x10. You will need to bring your own table, chairs, tent/shade/canopy. No vehicles are allowed to drive beyond the parking lot in the park. You are required to handcart booth supplies to your assigned space. Event Set-Up will be August 14th, 2022 from 8 am – 9 am. All booth spaces must be set up by 9:00 am on August 14th. Your space must be clean and vacated in a timely manner at the end of the event. Location: Be aware that the event is located next to a skatepark. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. If you know that your dogs do not like skateboards please keep clear of the skatepark. Parking: You may load in and out only at the park. Vendor parking is available at San Dieguito Academy off Santa Fe Drive. Restrictions: No glass, cups, wine glasses, jars, or containers, including those used for essential oils, are allowed in the park. No stolen merchandise, alcoholic beverages, firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia are allowed at or near the event area. No offensive materials, photos, pictures, or merchandise is allowed. Zero Waste Goals: We ask that you do not provide bottled water or plastic straws to help us reach our zero waste goals and to comply with the City’s zero waste policies at the park. The park has a water station; we will be providing access to filtered water stations and selling reusable cups and bottles at the Cardiff 101 Booth. Kiddie/Dog Pools: if you wish to have a pool to cool our four-legged friends, you must provide a fence surrounding the pool or a lifeguard for safety reasons and City of Encinitas regulations.

City of Encinitas Zero Waste Policy Compliance *

By signing this agreement, I understand that the distribution of polystyrene products (Styrofoam), plastic straws, and single-use plastic bags are prohibited at this event (IAW City of Encinitas Municipal Code). I agree to minimize the use of single-use water bottles and individually wrapped products (e.g., ketchup/mustard packets). I agree that all recyclable products, including but not limited to cardboard boxes, paper, plastic containers, and bottles, will be placed in appropriate recycling containers, and vendors will remove all products, debris, etc., and leave nothing behind at the event site.

I have read the City of Encinitas Zero Waste Policy and agree to follow the terms.

Sponsor Release *

I hereby waive & release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge the City of Encinitas, Cardiff 101 Main Street, Isbell Productions, their agents, employees, officers, and directors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, of and from any and all, claims, demands, debts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity that I have or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any events or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of the Cardiff 101 Main Street, providing that this waiver of liability doesn’t apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful, or wanton misconduct.

COVID-19 Waiver *

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing and wearing a mask. Participating in a large event increases the risk of exposure to Coronavirus/COVID-19. Vendors will be required to follow CDC, State, County and City regulations that are in place on August 14, 2022 which may include mask wearing and increased sanitation of high touch surfaces. Vendors who are not feeling well in the days leading up to the event should not participate.
